The property is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Each room has a balcony. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was at our disposal. Suggestions: Provide towels at the pool area or let guest know they need to pack some for the trip. The shower floor and tub need a good cleaning. It’s past time to replace the carpet.

Great location with a beautiful view. The property was extremely clean, the inside furnishings (cabinets, bathrooms, etc.) were a little dated, but it wasn't much of a concern to us. Parking is very tight but manageable. View was beautiful, beach was great, the included chairs and umbrella from beach vendor was awesome addition. Beach chair/umbrella vendor was awesome.

Weather was not optimal but the beach was great when we were able to use it. The chairs set up for you was great and included in the rental. Sitting on the deck and listening to the gulf in the evenings was great. Unit clean and a very good layout. Only one elevator running but working on the second one and I would guess should be ready by heavy season. (Only one time was one elevator a real issue but...) Looked like a lot of new furniture and supplies. We will stay again.

David and I have been renting a winter "snowbird" rental for more than twelve years and in all of that time we have never experience a problem or issue that has not been handled promptly, efficiently and with a caring attitude. We simply love the staff, whether at the front office at the management company or at Hidden Dunes where we have been for the past several years. The grounds there are so peaceful and beautiful. It's truly a gem. But, it doesn't compare to the people. They are the best on the Emerald Coast...in my humble opinion!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom 701 Condo and had a wonderful time! This condo had all the requirements you would expect in a rental. We loved the property and the amenities included with the Beach Front View. We used the Card that was provided during check in for the Sea Blaster Dolpin Sunset Cruise. This was truly a experience and we enjoyed this trip quite a bit. The Free Wine and Beer and Sodas for the kiddos was truly nice! We went to Parsail the next day but the wind was too strong they canceled our time slot for the day. But I can say we were kept informed during the whole day by the Parasail company who called and advised every time slot they still wouldnt be having any trips going out.
We arrived a little late to the Sea Blaster due to the traffic congestion on 98 but when I called Newman Daily they were right on top of it. When I called and advised we would be 15min late they took it upon themselves to step in and assist with advising the company that we would be arriving and don't remove our reservations. While on the phone with Newman Daily the Seablaster called and we told them we were going to be late. Newman Daily called and made sure we had the reservation still and asked if there was any other thing we needed.
My whole family loved this place and we would defintely return over the summer. We had also arrived early in the morning about 11AM and check in is at 3PM. We drove all night from Texas and was quite glad when they advised we could go ahead and check in cause our room was ready.
This place is a definite 100% wonderful place to stay!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. However, the lighting in guest queen bedroom was inadequate. We love sitting on the balcony but because of location we didn't have enough shaded area. On the plus side, when we asked for certain items like wine glasses and extension cords and help with dead TV remote control we received what we needed very quickly. Front desk was very accommodating.

We loved the location!!! The rooms were spacious. Also loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had a bathroom and balcony!!! Donna was very helpful if we had a question. You pay for location!

Loved the balcony with the gorgeous view,the comfortable furniture in the living room complete with a large TV, the well stocked kitchen and good floor plan. The facility is very convenient and the staff helpful and responsive. We greatly appreciated the complimentary umbrella and chairs and the umbrella crew were excellent.
The bedroom drapes had to be worked on and should be replaced. One set was in tatters. The sliding glass door in the living room was so difficult to open it often took two adults pushing at the same time, even after a someone came and worked on it. The fan in the living room was so loosly hung we were afraid to use it because it might fall down. The condo was lovely, but not perfect!

Hidden Dunes Tennis Resort is a great place to stay in Destin! It is conveniently located to the outlet malls and Village of Baytowne Wharf. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We loved being in the end unit because we had views from every room. We couldn't have aksed for more!

This condo was amazing in every way. Each room has a view of the water and the views from the master bedroom & living room are simply amazing! The unit was comfortable & clean. The beach was easy to get to and the kids loved the pool!
