This older, but very nice, second floor apartment is exactly as advertised. Walking distance to both tennis and the beach. The apartment is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The lovely balcony overlooks the pool. A voucher for two beach chairs and an umbrella came with the apartment. If you need more than two chairs, or any other beach equipment you'll need to rent or bring them. The kitchen is well stocked with enough dishes for eight people, as well as pots and pans for cooking. The starter pack includes everything you need for your first pot of coffee, first load of dishes, and first load of laundry. There are also 4 restaurant style paper packets of salt and pepper. Unlike some other AirB&B's, there are no beach towels, cards, books, games or hair dryers in this apartment. The lack of personal effects makes for a comfortable hotel like experience. My husband and I had a wonderful time.

Our family of 7 stayed last week and enjoyed every minute! The beds are very comfortable. The open floor plan made it easy for us all to hang out together while cooking or watching tv. We didn’t miss a sunrise or sunset on the beach. The beach was a close walk from the cottage. The pool and jacuzzi are very close too. We enjoyed ending our day in the jacuzzi. We enjoyed this cottage so much we extended our stay twice!

Husband and I made a last minute trip to the beach. The condo we stayed in was amazing. Very clean and up to date. We already looked to book again in Oct but they are already booked.

My family of 8 had so much fun staying in cottage 157. So much we extended our stay another night. You can see the pool from the deck, great walking distance to the beach, and the place was amazing! We truly were so happy and pleased with the place, location, pool and those sweet security guards! Thanks for making our 24' family spring vacation such a success! We will be back!

We have stayed at 2 other Hidden Dunes cottages and this one was the best so far in terms of being the total package for our family. Me, my husband, my husband’s mother in law, as well as our 10 year old and 6 year old boys had lots of room to spread out. The spiral stairwell and loft was the perfect place for the kids to chill. We really enjoyed how newly renovated and clean everything was. There wasn’t a lot of clutter and the main area was bright and spacious! We felt really fortunate to be able to sit and chill on the screened in porch and watch the boys come and go from the pool right below. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes- really close by and a pretty walk. The managers of this property make it really simple and easy. I’m notorious for missing emails etc but they made the communication touch points really simple and concise. We would for sure book again!!

Everything was beautiful, just like the pictures showed and no problems with the cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed and the master bath shower as fantastic, but the others were very nice, too. It was just a short walk to the very large and well kept pool and we walked to the beach as well. The grounds were beautiful and felt very safe in this area. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back again soon. We would love to stay in this condo again!

The condo is everything that it says it is! The photos were spot on! The condo is a VERY QUICK walk to the beach. It took approx 5-7 walking to get to the private beach entrance! It was so nice to be where there were no crowds and peace and tranquillity. You have view of the pool from the patio of the condo, and it’s a quick 1 Minute walk away Definitely would stay again!

My family had a terrific time staying at this property in Hidden Dunes. Six of us comfortable stayed in this 2BR with a loft house....my husband and I, our 2 sons (17 and 13 y/o), and each son brought a friend.. We enjoyed the proximity and access to the beach, the free Consierge beach chair/umbrella (daily), the use of the tennis court/basketball court, and the great location of the property so close to the outlets and Bay Towne. Very clean, full kitchen (with all items necessary to cook full meals), comfortable beds, extra linens, plenty of towels, and TV’s in every room,. Everything we needed and more. ALSO...property management team was easy to work with for reservations and checking....and pleasant/helpful when called during our stay yo ask a question. We enjoyed a fun, relaxing vacation! Highly recommend this property!

We had a great time, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I would recommend doing the dolphin cruise and book through Newman Daily cause you get a discount. We will be returning, soon hopefully.

We really enjoyed our stay. the cottage was very nice and all the staff we met were very nice people. a knob broke in one of the bathrooms and was fixed within a short time. it is a beautiful cottage and well worth it.
