We had a great stay. Newman-Dailey communicated quickly and clearly throughout our stay. Beds were comfortable and the shades were very helpful keeping the room dark for the kiddos. Pools were great. Beach a short walk away. Overall great place and located close to lots of restaurants and shops.

So very pleased with the cottage we booked! The beach was beautiful, the pools and grounds well maintained, and in very nice location. Thanks to all staff members (guard house, maintenance, golf cart driver, landscape worker, etc.) who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful!

The screened porch is perfect and the lush tropical landscaping is perfect. Having the choice of beach or pool within walking distance is optimal. We will keep coming back to this property. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Newman-Daileys’s 181 was beautiful just like the pictures showed. The three bedroom, 3 bath is a great option if your looking to stay in the Miramar area. Comfortable bedding, nice quality towels. Kitchen has everything needed to cook at home during your stay. The ice maker in the freezer was a plus! Super clean, safe stay! Would recommend 10/10!!!

Very easy check in and checkout process. Nice property that was accurately described. Great staff on hand. We had an issue with the ac on arrival. However, I called the number provided in the check-in materials. They responded and had it fixed within an hour. I couldn't have asked for any better service.

As usual we were very happy and we will be back next year.The only issue we had was the lack of water pressure in the loft bathroom and this led to not being able to use the toilet

Beautiful beautiful beautiful .....the cottage is wonderful, clean ,nicely appointed,just everything you would want . The staff are the most warm and kindest people you would want to meet. I have been looking for a permanent vacation rental to visit every year this is my place . FYI the walk to the beach is not more than a few minutes and they have walk ways that take you right there and beautifully landscaped . All in all Great property!

Another great vacation in Cottage 181. We plan to rent it for the 3rd year next June. It's well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location because our extended family stays in 3 others very near 181.

We love going to Hidden Dunes when we go to the beach. It is a nice quite place, where we can just kick out shoos off and have a grate time. The beach is always clean, the water is always clear. Also the people working there are very nice.

We stayed at Hidden Dunes Cottage 181 weekend of November 7th. This is an "upstairs unit" - I didn't think to ask about this but for older people or people bringing little kids it might be easier to rent a unit downstairs. This unit was very nice & had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to the beach. The pool area was very nice & well kept - loved the beautiful grounds. We would definitely stay there again.

Unit 181 was the best unit we have stayed in yet at the Hidden Dunes resort. Clean, updated, no bugs..nice patio - we loved it. I would highly recommend unit 181 to anyone I know. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay @ Hidden Dunes so much. We were there the week after the 4th of July. Our Cottage was excatly what we expected it to be from the pictures and then some. Very clean and thoughtful ammenaties. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. We might just make this our annual vacation spot! Thank you so much.

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to beach and just a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. The beach is amazing. We would definitely recommend Destin and this property.

Beach Cottage 181 was extremely comfortable and fairly updated. Donna in the on site office of Newman Dailey was terrific and helpful in every way. My only suggestion is that the wall to wall rugs definitely need serious deep cleaning. I would definitely return.

We had a lovely time! The weather was perfect and still warm enough, even though it was late in the season. The kids loved getting into the pool! The location was very convenient to shopping & dining. The cottage was beautiful and comfortable.

Hidden Dunes is a beautiful area. We love how we're so close to the beach but also felt very comfortable in the home because of all the trees, etc. Very nicely decorated and very clean. The service was great; the gates guys and the shuttle guy were very friendly.

This is a beautifully decorated and updated cottage. We felt very comforatble, safe & secure. You pass through a security gate to get to the cottage, which we liked. The beach was just a short walk and so was the pool. We enjoyed the extra amenities that csme with the reservation.

This was an incredible cottage. Kitchen is completely updated and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. We chose this one because of the bedding. Usually there are bunk beds and our older kids hate those. We had a fabulous time and look forward to returning!

We were very pleased with our cottage. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was loaded with just about anything we could have needed. The master bed was very comfortable. The screened in patio was used all the time for eating and relaxing. One negative was that there were rips in a few of the screens that I would have liked to have kept open, but did not want bugs flying in. People we met were all very helpful and friendly. I was a bit disappointed in the run down condition of the whirlpool outside (by the pool) The jets in the whirlpool were weak and not very numerous, but the pool itself was well kept and clean. All in all, the stay was safe, clean and we had a lovely time. Hope to return some day to the best sandy beach!!

This was our first year with Newman-Dailey, but our 14th year at Hidden Dunes. Because of the geat service we receive, we will be using Newman-Dailey as our rental source for future vacations! The cost, check-in, cleaniness of the unit was wonderful. I left some items behind in the unit, and within 48 hrs. the items were on their way back to me. I look forward to dealing with Newman Dailey and Hidden Dunes!
