A Diamond in the "Ruff" Along the Emerald Coast

We love to read reviews from satisfied guests. Here's the latest TripAdvisor Review from Deborah in Tallahassee highlighting her recent stay at Beachside Inn:

Beachside Inn (2931 Scenic Hwy. 98 in Crystal Beach, a property of Newman-Dailey Resort Properties) left no stone unturned when it came to accommodations, hospitality and comfort. Walk a few steps onto the boardwalk and pavilion and you are frontstage to the Gulf of Mexico. The décor of this two-story, Spanish-motif Inn is very conducive to relaxation. The grounds are kept impeccable, Pools, Jacuzzi, landscaping, surrounding sidewalks. Scooters, bikes, umbrellas are available on-site for rental. We spent 2013 Independence Day time here with our Yorkie. YES, it has pet and non-pet friendly rooms with beautiful tile on floors and in shower.

When we arrived for check-in, we were cordially greeted by the on-site staff and escorted to Room 203. Everything we needed had already been supplied; coffee setup, linens, toiletries, hairdryer, alarm clock, iron & ironing board, and best of all a gift loaf of bread from KaraBoo Bakery. The adjoining street-side café is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and serves scrumptious breakfast and sandwich foods; also lattes, smoothies, espresso, cappuccino and if you might need "hair of the dog", they've got that too! The upstairs sit-down restaurant is open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and offers some of the best appetizers and entrees we have ever tasted. It also has a quaint Bar and a busy Sushi Bar. How better to add enjoyment to our stay than eating deliciously on-site? Better go early! Beachside Inn is convenient to Destin Commons, too. Although the weather could have been a little more cooperative, we're planning on returning to this "Find" year after year!
Room Tip: All rooms would be an excellent choice; however, we really liked our 2nd-story room.
