Dear Kate, Kerbi and the Newman-Dailey Staff:

I was just about to go for a run and heard a knock on the door, which seemed a bit odd since no one other than my family back in Minnesota knows I am here! Anyway, it was a delightful young lady named 'Mary' delivering me a fruit basket from N/D! The timing couldn't have been better, as I was just thinking a banana would be a good 'pick me up' for my daily run.

Anyway, thank you for the delicious fruit basket and the warm welcome. While my extended winter vacations are just beginning, I have yet to be as well-accommodated by a real estate management company as you folks. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, promptness in dealing with my requests and, your willingness to make my stay a pleasant one. I am off to a great start thanks to each of you.
